Notes on the Accounts
There are no significant end of year Sundry Debtors or Creditors, as all invoices and charges for the year 2025 are included in the Receipts & Payments Account presented to members. A payment of £496.85 was remitted to HMRC in January, 2026 relating to December, 2025. Gift Aid due to the Charity for the last few weeks of December, 2025 amounted to £356.
The Charity has no Assets, save the end of year Balance at Bank, shown in the Accounts. All physical Assets on site are deemed to be fully depreciated.
The Charity building is 50+ years old, and deemed to have no value.
The land on which the Charity building is situated, and in whose name all relevant land folios are correctly assigned, could potentially be worth £1m, should a developer ever show an interest. Such an interest and possible disposal, would have to be agreed with the local Trustees, Charity members, and the Title Deed holders, named below.
