**Purposes:** The aims of the Friends of St Patrick's are to advance the education and wellbeing of the pupils of the school by providing or assisting in the provision of facilities for education or recreation at the school (not normally provided by the Local Authority). This may include: a)	Promoting close relations and communication between parents and teachers; b)	Discussing matters of mutual interest relating to the education and support of pupils; c)	Engaging in activities which support and advance the education of the pupils attending the school, including fundraising and after-school activities; d)	To provide and assist parents, teachers, pupils, with facilities or items for education at the school not provided by statutory funds.
