The Charitable purposes of charity are:
The purpose of the association (the purposes) is to advance the education of pupils in the school in particular by:

Engaging in activities or providing facilities or equipment which support the school and advance the education of the pupils.
To further these purposes for the public benefit, we carried out the following activities:
The purpose of the Parent Support Group is too enrich our children’s school experience. We do this by engaging in activities or providing facilities or equipment which support the school and advance the education of all our pupils. We also try and develop effective relationships between staff, parents and others associated with the school. This school year 2024/25 was another excellent year for us and achieving these objectives.
Fundraisers:
Our first key fundraiser this year was our Christmas Raffle. We raised an amazing £3,309. The success of this Fundraiser was down to not only ticket sales but also contributions from sponsors who generously donated various items for prizes. | would like to thank our Raffle sponsors APM UK Ltd, JG McNicholl Insurance and Beauty by Eimear.
On the day of the Raffle as a thank you to the pupils we created a Winter Wonderland, organised a visit from Santa Claus with each child receiving a selection box.
Another key Fundraiser and highlight of the year was our Family Funday. We raised an amazing £1960.00. Thanks to our main sponsor APM UK Ltd we were able to hire in a range of fantastic entertainers and activities including a Colour Run Obstacle Course, Kidz Farm, Gaming Truck, Magical Fairy Tales, Spiderman, Mini Golf and a variety of inflatable games and activities.
A massive thank you and well done to our P6/P7 pupils who organised a wide variety of fantastic stalls.
Our last and what is becoming a much anticipated and annual fundraiser was our Break the Rules Day in which a fantastic £614 was raised.
This academic year we successfully applied for the following funding:
- ASDA Cashpot for Schools In the Autumn Term through Parentkind we were able to team up with ASDA through their 'Cashpot for Schools' Initiative. To support the school parents/members of the community were able to opt-in through the ASDA Rewards app, shop and scan in store or online and a donation from ASDA would be made. £116.80 was raised.
Easyfundraising: This year we also continued raising funds through easyfundraising.org. Easyfundraising partners with over 7,000 brands who will donate part of what you spend online shopping to a cause of your choice. Our cause currently has 69 supporters. This academic year £799.15 was raised bringing our current total to £2,415.80.
Some of the highlights of this year have also included:

Our Primary 7 pupils receiving their PTA funded Leavers Jerseys.

First Holy Communion and Confirmation celebrations including the pizza parties. I would like to extend a massive thank you to the Primary 3 parents for their time and contributions to these.

The Charity ended the financial year with a closing balance of £2,862.97
