I report on the accounts of Portadown Men's Shed for the year ended 31 March 2024.

As the charity's Trustees you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts In
accordance wlth tha Charili8s Act (Northern Ireland) 2008,
It is my responsibility to:
Examine the accounts under section 65 of the Charlties Act.
Follow th8 proc8dLJf6s laid down in the General Directions given by the Commlssion
under s8Ction 65(9) (b) of the Charities Act.

I liav6 examlned your charity accounts as required under section 65 of th8 Charities Act and
my 6xamlnation was carried out in accordance with tha ggn8ral Directions given by the
Charity Commlsslon for North8rn Ireland under section 65(9) (b) of th8 Lharlt18s Act.
My examlnation included a review of th8 accountlng records kept by the Charity and a
comparison of the accounts presented with those records, It also included conslderation of
any unusual Items or disclosures In the accountknPI, and seeking axplanatSons from you as
charity Trusteas concernlng any such rnatters.
My ro16 Is to state whethor any materlal matters have come to my attentlon giving me cause
to bolieve..
1. That accounting r8cords were not kept in accordance wlth sectlon 63 of the Charities
Act.
2. That the accounts do not accord with those accountlng records
3. That the accounls do riot Comply with Ihe accounting requirements of the Charitles
Act.
4, That there Is further Informatlon needed for a proper understandlng of th8 accounts
to be reached

I have completed my examination and have no concerris in respect of th8 matters (1) to (4)
listed above and, in connection with following the Directions of the Charity Commission for
