and are respon51ble lor the strategic direcb.on and policies of the charity. At present the char1ty has 6 members from a
variety of professional background5 relevant to the woth ol the charity.
A scheme of delegation Is In place and day to day responsibility of the services rests with George Stanley Megah8y
(charity taunderl. Stanley is responsible lor ensijring the chaiity delivers the Servi￿ specified and that key
performance indicators are met.
Governance
The Trust Deed was 51gned on 2 December 2022. The chanty is corTrstiluted under this Trust Deed 3nd is govemed
