We report on the accounts of the company for the year endod 31 August 2024 which are set (xrt on p￿eS 8 to
11.
Respectlve responsibilities of trustees and examiner
As the charity trustees (and a150 the directo￿ of the company for the purposes of company law) you are
responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Companies Act
2006. Having satisfied Ourse￿8$ that the chaiity is not subject to audit under company law. and is eligible for
independent examirAlÉon, it is our responsibility to:
examine the accounts under section 65 of thè Charilies Act (Northem Ireland) 2008.
follow the procedures laid down in the general Direclions given by the Charfty Commission for Northem
Ireland under section 65(9)(b) of the Charities Act" and
stste whether particular Matte￿ have come to our attenlion.
Basis of independenl examinerfs report
We have examined your ¢harity accounts as required under section 65 of the Charities Act and our
examination was carTied out in accordance wlth Ihe general Direclions givan by the Charity Commission for
Northern Ireland under seclion 65(9)(b) of the Charilies Act. Our examination included a review of the
accounting records kept by the charity and a comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also
includ8d consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in the accounts and seeking ex￿anatiOnS from you
as charity trustees concerning any such matters.
Our role ts to State whether any materlal matters hav& come to our attention gNing us cause to bèliev8:
1. That accounting records were not kept in aCCordar￿￿ wilh seclion 386 of the Companies Act 2006
2. That the accounls do not aword with those accounling re￿rdS
3. That the accounts do not compty wrth the accounting requirerrEnts of section 396 of the Companies Act
2006 and wlth the methods and Principles of Ihe Chafities Statement of Recommended Practice applicable
to charities preparing their accounts in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard applicablè in the
UK and Republlc of Ireland
4. That there is further infoTmation needed for a proper understandifvJ of the ac￿Unts to be reached.
