The trustees wesent their report and the unaudited financial statements of the chatity for the year ended 31
August 2024. The trustees have adopted the wovisions of the Statem8nts of Recomm8nded Practice (SORP)
"Accounting and Reportrng by Charities. <FRS 102) in preparing the annu81 report and financial ststements of
the charity.
Objectives, Aclivili•s and Public Ben•fft
Wrthout Walls is a growing communty of Christians, conmNtted to our own local churches. shariTrJ a comrnon
inter-church Kingdom drèam. We believe that God will use His local church moré completety and as a greater
blessing to our town and beyond as we sacrificially seek to increase our togetherness. Encouraging rhythms
of inter-church Kingdom praise. prayer, fellowship and outreach. Believing that those around use will
expertence a more beautiful and life-transforming Bride as we are bullt together.
Our desire Is to emphasise the beauty and power of the Bride of Chiist. To encourage every believer,
everywhere, to stand in unity so that together and not in Isolation, we can be used more powerfully ty J8SUS.
As Christians come together in unity to employ and share our unique and diverse gifting, we are like the varied
strokes of colour palnted from the artisfs palette used to create a sknnning Image of God's Kingdom.
We enGourage believers to thrive in their local churches while at the time coming together wlthout walls
to radlate the ￿11 colour and beauty of the Bride of Christ A beauty that is Irreslstibty attractive and infinitely
powerful.
Achievements and perfornMn¢e
One Church One D
ThSs past ye8r w8 have continued to support and maintain the One Church On8 Day (Baltymena Prays)
iniliative. In 2023-2024 there were nina churches (In October 2024 it incTeased to ten). Our commitment
involved composing a rnonthly prayer digest of prayer points (with local. national. and intemational lte￿ts) to
stimuEate prayer across the participating churches.

At our June 2023 board meeling we had agreed, in 202>24, to focus ptimarity on meeting and connecting
with local church leaders. From the Autu￿￿ of 2023 we met leaders in Smal￿￿. separate gatherings, starting
with the surrounding villages of Cullybackey, Ahoghill, P0rtg￿n0ne, Broughshane. We still have the Kells
meeting to do. The Baltymena-wide gathering intended was achieved in May 2023 wilh around 40 church
leaders attendlng a gathetlng hosted by West Church at which the Evangelical Alliance Nl rolled out their
survey entitled: "Good News People - A report on Evangelicals in North8m Ireland.. This addressed, among
others, the following questions:
How many Chrislians are there in Northem Ireland?
How many people go to Church, read Ihe bible and pray each week?
How many people consider thetrBelwes to be evangelical?
What do evang81icaLs believe and what do people think about them?
l*Vhat does all this mean for the mission of the Church?

The overall sampte siz8 was 3,088 people (made up of a nationalty representativ8 poll of the general public
across North8rn Ireland. and a self-selecting survey of Chiistians in Nothern Ireland). Our report for next year
will feedback how these went.

In June 2023, Without Walls supported an initialive from some church leade￿ in the town. to irwite th8 local
PSNI Neighbourhood Team to share their concerns at the growing drugs ciisis in the town. This amounled to
a cry for help from the PSNI asking churches to help address the crisis. This has started a momentum of
awareness raising amongst local churches and outreach groups, which will be reported on rrKJre fulty in our
2024-25 report.

One of our dlrectors Is part of the team Ihat has grown thls town-centre hub and helps to run11. Wrthout
Walls activety supports The Venue and are now one of over 30 organisations that use the facility regularly.
W¥V uses it for the Core Prayer Team gatherings arKI other gatherings linked to our aiThts and objectives.
PRAYER
E in M rch 2024
Prayer Space at The Venue- ran from 9am-9pm on eaoh of the four Wednesdays of March leadlng up to
Easter, covering Good Friday. Easter Saturday, Resurreclion Sunday, and Pèntecost, respectrvety. Each
Wednesday had a different theme and prayer stations set up for individuals to quietty engage with.
Feedback: while numbers engaging were small, the Prayer Spaces and visual slimuli for m￿ltatiOn and
prayer were well received by those who came. The WW tab18 on èxit was there to signpost to various
outreachl charitable organisations WW has highlighted in previous events.

Wrthout Walls faci￿tated a gathering in June 2023 in The Venue. Inluated by CAP Nl leadership, and attended
by 11 church leaders, to consider the future of CAP Baltymena, in light of the decision by the local post-code
lead church {Ballymena Baplist) to step down from anchoting the local CAP operation. The meetlng proposed
a joint-churches solution lo spread the burden and cost of sustsining CAP locally. Those wesent were asked
to consider their invofvement in such a new initiative going fonvard and to reconvene in the autumn of 2023.
This autumn follow-up meeting, however, was postponed by CAP.

Every two rnonths on the fin81 Wednesday of the month we continued host a gathering of prayer leaders
from different prayer groups across the town for fellowship and encoutagement: Genesis business prayer,
Revive, Baltymena House of Prayer, Baltymena Church Methts Forum and the Crack of Dawn team.
Every two fflonths on the final Wednesday of the month, we gather as directors for fellowship and
encouragement.
Financlal review
Net expenditure for the year was £183 (2023: £105). Due to the size of the charity reserves are not required.

Statement of Trustees Responsibilities
The Irustees are responsible for preparing the annual report and the financial statements of the charity in
accordance with applicable law and generally accepted account practtce.
As the total income does not exceed £250.000. the T￿￿te88 have elected under Section 64(3) of the Charities
Act (Northern Ireland) 2008 to prepare a receipts and payment account and a statement of assets and
liabilrties.
The trustees are responsible for keeping adequate records that are suffident to show and explain the charity's
transactions and disclose with reasonable accuracy at any time its financial position. Th8y are also
responsible for safeguarding the assets of the chaTity and hence for taking reasonable steps for the txevention
and deteclion of fraud and other irregularities.
