**Purposes:** The Group is established for the Advancement of Citizenship or Community Development and for the public benefit of the inhabitants of those living within social housing estates/areas within the Comber area and its environs. (Hereinafter referred to as ‘The area of benefit') This will be achieved through the delivery of positive community events, provision of volunteering opportunities and regular contact meetings with relevant statutory and voluntary bodies to improve the conditions of life for local people.
