**Purposes:** The group is established to promote the benefit of the young people of the Northern Ireland (herein described as ‘the area of benefit’) without distinction of sex, race, political, religious or other opinion, by associating the inhabitants in a common effort to advance education and to provide facilities in the interest of social welfare for recreation, with the objects of improving the conditions of life for the said inhabitants.
