**Purposes:** 3. The objects for which the Company is established are:  (1) the advancement of the Christian religion by the proclamation and furtherance of the Gospel of God concerning His son Jesus Christ the Lord and preaching and teaching of the Word of God by the Church in accordance with the Statement of Faith approved by the Members from time to time; and  (2) the relief of any person who is in charitable need. By providing or assisting people with practical and spiritual counsel and/or to meet their physical, emotional or spiritual needs.  (3) the promotion of education for the public benefit; to advance the education of the public, in the subject of Christian religion and/or Christian faith.  (4) such other charitable purposes as are recognised as such under the laws of Northern Ireland consistent with the object set out in clause 3(1) above.
