Independent examiner's report on the accounts of the Society for the period 1st November

Basis of independent examinerfs reporL
I have examined the society's accounts and the accounting records kept by the Honorary
Treasurer. I have compared the accounts present with those records and considered any
unusual items in the accounts, seeking explanations from the treasurer concerning any such
matters.
My role is to state whether any material matters have come to my attention giving me cause
to believe:
l. The accounting records were not kept properly.
2. The accounts do not accord with those accounting records.
3. There is further information needed to reach a proper understanding of the accounts
Independent Examiner's Report
I have completed my examination and have no concerns in respect of the matters listed
above and I have found no matters that require drawing to the attention of the Committee
or members.
