Structure, Governance and Management
The organisation is governed by its Constitution adopted on 5th October 2019. Trustees are appointed at the AGM or co-opted where necessary. New trustees are inducted and supported through a structured introduction and mentoring process.

Objectives and Activities
The Charity’s objectives are the promotion of cultural diversity, good relations among communities, and relief of need for young people from diverse backgrounds through cultural and sporting activities.
Public Benefit Statement
The Trustees have complied with the duty in Section 4 of the Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008 to have due regard to public benefit guidance published by the Charity Commission.
Achievements and Performance
Activities Delivered:
1. Unity Through Games – Youth Tournament (Young People)
A five-a-side football event at the Ozone Complex involving 120 youth from 10 cultural backgrounds. Ended with cultural performances. In partnership with MSCNI
2. Refugee Women Empowerment Workshops (Women)
A 6-week programme supporting 40 refugee and asylum-seeking women with leadership training, self-employment skills, and wellbeing sessions. In partnership with MSCNI
3. Cultural Craft and Conversation Club (Older People)
25 elderly participants engaged in cultural crafts and storytelling, fostering skill sharing and reducing social isolation. In partnership with MSCNI
