We report on the accounts of the charity for the year ended 31 July 2024, which are set out on pages 7

law, are responsible for the preparalion of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the
Companies Act 2006.

ind8p8ndent examination. tt Is our r88ponsibilty to:
{1) examine the account8 under sectlon 65 of the Chariti'es Act
{11) follow the procedur88 lald down in th8 general directions given by the Charlty CommlssK)n for Northern
Ireland under $8Ctlon 65(9){b) of the Charities Act

We have 8xamlned your charlty accounts as required under section 65 of the Char￿'8S Act and our
èxamination was carried out In accordance wlth the general Dlrectlons given by the Charlty CommSsslon for
Northern Ireland under section 65(9)(b) of the Charities Act. The examination included a revlew of th8
accounting records kept by the charty and a comparison of the accounts presented with those records.
It also included consideration of any unusual items or disdosures in the accounts. and se8king explanations
from as charfty trustees concernlng any such matters.
Our role 18 to state whether any matsri81 matters have come to our attentlon glvlng us cause to belleve:
1. That accountlng records were not kept in accordance ¥4ith section 386 of the Companies Act 2006
2. That the accounts do not accord with those accounting records
