**Purposes:** The purpose of the Association is to advance the education of pupils at Ben Madigan Preparatory School by providing, and assisting in the provision of, facilities and resources for education at Ben Madigan.  In the furtherance of this purpose the Association may:  2.1.	Foster more extended relationships and promote close co-operation and communication between the staff, parents and others associated with Ben Madigan; 2.2.	Engage in activities that support Ben Madigan and advance the education of the pupils attending Ben Madigan and; 2.3.	Study and discuss matters of mutual interest relating to the education and welfare of pupils at Ben Madigan.
