**Purposes:** The charity's objects ('Objects') are specifically restricted to the following:  To provide facilities and services which advance education through the provision of play based opportunities for children within the Draperstown and surrounding rural areas ('hereinafter called the area of benefit').  To improve the quality of life and relieve issues of poverty and rural isolation for families within the area of benefit, by providing a high quality, flexible and affordable childcare service, therefore encouraging and facilitating opportunities for parents and carers to access further education, training and employment opportunities.  [Nothing in the articles authorises an application of the property of the charity for purposes which are not charitable in accordance with section 7 of the Charities and Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005 and/or section 2 of the Charities Act 2011 and/or section 2 of the Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008].
