A safe space of welcome, patience, compassion, understanding, and a willingness to learn from and develop each other mutually. A space which honours and celebrates diversity of culture and heritage.   4.\tWe will recognise the many skills and talents that our participants hold, and encourage the practice and development of these skills. This is in order not only to help participants integrate into society, but to thrive.  5.\tWe will work to advance the education of the public in general about the issues facing those who are on the edges of society, whilst supporting participants to work together to advocate and campaign on social justice and human rights issues that directly affect them and their communities.", "what_charity_does": "The advancement of education,The advancement of citizenship or community development,The advancement of human rights, conflict resolution or reconciliation or the promotion of  religious or racial harmony or equality and diversity,The relief of those in need by reason of youth, age, ill-health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage", "charitable_objects": null, "classifications": [], "areas_of_operation": [], "latest_income": 176900, "latest_expenditure": 170434, "fin_period_start": "2024-04-01", "fin_period_end": "2025-03-31", "financial_years": [{"start": "2024-04-01", "end": "2025-03-31", "income": 176900, "expenditure": 170434, "assets": 0, "funds": null, "num_employees": 3, "accounts_url": "https://files.opencharities.uk/ni/108613/2025-03-31-accounts.pdf"}], "documents": [{"year_end": "2024-03-31", "accounts": "https://files.opencharities.uk/ni/108613/2024-03-31-accounts.pdf", "annual-report": "https://files.opencharities.uk/ni/108613/2024-03-31-annual-report.pdf", "annual-return": "https://files.opencharities.uk/ni/108613/2024-03-31-annual-return.pdf"}], "trustees": [{"name": "Mr Gift Dube", "chair": false, "appointment": null}, {"name": "Mrs Denise Bradley", "chair": false, "appointment": null}, {"name": "Ms Harriet Anne Long", "chair": false, "appointment": null}, {"name": "Ms Mary Catherine Mcnama", "chair": false, "appointment": null}]}
