STRucfuRE. GOVERNANCE AND MANAGEMENT
Doolittles Wildlife Rescue is a charity and operates as a company limited by 8uarantee. The company is managed
by the direcrois of the company.
OBJECTIVES AND AcfiviTIES
We ère a charity working to rescue & rehabilitate native wildlife casualtie5 Wlth the aim of eventual release back
to the wild.
To assist the General Public with emergency situations relating to wildlife causualties.
To provide expertise and assistance to local authorities, Animal Welfare bodies, Emergency services IFire/PSNII
Veterinary practises and Environmental NGO'S in the safe rescue, handling and removal of injured wild animals
and birds across Northern Ireland.
To provide a safe facility for the rehabilitation of casualites prior to release.
To provide experienced ski115 and advise to the general public over concerns for the safety and welfare of any wild
creature.
To provide education for the General Public on assissting, protecting and conserving natrve wildlive in their local
areas and the wider Northern Ireland.
To facilitate the future planning and velelopment of 3 dedicated Wildlife Hospltal for Northern Ireland, allowing
the General Public to receive the help and experienced assistance witli their 51tuation relating to a wildlife
casuality.

PLAN5 FOR FUTURE PERIODS
At present. we are completing otjr Business Plan and Feasibility Study.
INDEPENDENT EXAMINER
Cleaver 81ack Ltd has been re-appointed a5 independent examiner for the ensuing year.
