Responslbilities of officers and examlners The Group's (x)nstitution states that the group is responsible for the preparation of accounts in accordan￿ with the ￿quirementS of the Charities Ad (Northem Ireland) 2008. It is my ￿SponsIbl1ty to: examine the accounts to ensure that they have bn prepared in accordan￿ with general accountiro principles. state whether any particular matters have come to my attention. Independent examinevs statsment I have completed my examination and no matter has come to my attention: 1. which gsves me reasonable cause to believe that in any material respect the requirements: to keep accounting records and to prepare accounts whith accord with the accounting records and comply with the accounting requirements of the group. have not been met, or 2. to whith. in my opinion, attention should be drawn in order to enable a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.
