I report to the members on my examination of the accounts of Maguiresbridge Primary
School Parents, Support Group for the year ended 31 March 2023.
Responsibilities of officers and examiners
The Group's constitution states that the group is responsible for the preparation of accounts
in accordan￿ with the requirements of the Charities Act (Northem Ireland) 2008.
It is my responsibility to:
examine the accounts to ensure that they have been prepared in accordan￿ with
general accounting principles.
state whether any particular matters have come to my attention.

I have completed my examination and no matter has come to my attention:
which gives me reasonable cause to believe that in any material respect the
requirements:
to keep accounting records and
to prepare accounts which accord with the accounting records and comply
with the accounting requirements of the group.

2. to which, in my opinion, attention should be drawn in order to enable a proper
understanding of the accounts to be reached.
