GOVERNANCE AND MANAGEMENT St Ronan's College Foundation was incorporated under the Companles Act 2006 as a prlvate company limited by guarantee on 4th November 2021. St Ronan's College Foundation was registered as a charity by the Charity Commission of Northern Ireland on 17 Febnjary 2022. Three trustees were appointed to manage the Foundation and fulfil the roles of chairperson, secretsry. and treasurer. In accordance with the Constitution the trustees must relire at the AGM and being eligible, offer themselves for reelecilon.

ANNUAL REPORT (INCORPORATING THE DIRECTOR'S REPORT) YEAR ENDED 31 MARCH 2023 OBJECTIVES AND ACTIVITIES St Ronan's College Foundation ha8 been established for the advancemenl of educatlon amongst the wider St Ronan's College cornmunty and its pupils, by providing and assistlng in the provision of faci1Sties and services to meet educational, developmentsl. and other charitable needs. so that they can achieve their full potential. In association with St Ronan's College the Foundation organised and delivered a range of fundralslng and information events which irniolved pupils, stsff, local businesses, and the wider communty. The Foundation made several appltcations to charitable trusts and businesses seeking support for a range of facilrties which would enhance the facilities avallable io the St Ronan's College community. ACHIEVEMENT8 AND PERFORMANCE The Foundatlon Trustees were delighted to recelve several donations from indivldua15 and organlsations in support of the charity's alms. Furlher to submtssion of applications to other charitable trusts, the Foundation received funding from the SmuTfft Kappa Foundation lowards the cost of fvmishing sensory rooms in the new school building. The Foundation developed links wrth and introduced new business parthers to the school, P•ome of which have become involved in and committed to current and planned pupil development programmes. FINANCIAL REVIEW During the financial year ended 31 March 2023 the Foundatlon raised £106,333 and incurred expenditure of £11.107. At the end of the flnancial year the Foundatitin had assets of £102,232 arKI liabilltles of £3,554.
