STRUCTURE, GOVERNANCE AND MANAGEMENT
Sl Ronan's College Foundation was incorporated under the Companies Act 2006 as a private company
limited by guarantee on 4th November 2021.
st Ronan's College Foundation was registered as a charity by the Charity Commission of Northem
Ireland in February 2022.
Three trustees were appointed to manage the Foundation and fulftl the roles of chairperson, secretary,
and treasurer.
In accordance with the Constitutson the trustees musl retire at the AGM and being eligible, offer
themselves for re-election.

OBJECTIVES AND ACTIVITIES
Sl Ronan's College Foundation has been established for the advancement of education amongst the
wider St Ronan's College community and its pupils, by providing and assisting in the provision of
facilities and services to meet educational, developmental, and other charitable needs, so that they can
achieve their full potential.
The Foundation made several applications to chaTitsble trusts and businesses seeking Supwrt for
range of facilrties which would enhance the facilities available lo the St Ronan's College community.
STRATEGIC REPORT
The following sections for achievements and performance and financial review form the strategic
report of the charity.
ACHIEVEMENTS AND PERFORMANCE
The Foundation Trustees were delighted to receive several donations from individuals and
organisalions in support of the charity's aims.
The Foundation developed links with and introduced new business partners lo the school, some of
which have become involved in and commrtted to current and planned pupil development
programmes.
FINANCIAL REVIEW
During the financial year the Foundation raised £34,482 12024.'£20,4831 and incurred expenditure of
£47,39612024'.£2,8471.
Al the end of the financial year the Foundation had assets of £109,32612024.'£119,9141 and liabilities
of £5,92612024'.£3,6001.
