- Structure, Governance and Management The charity was formally established on 21 March 2022 and is constituted as a charitable organisation operating under its governing document, with trustees appointed in accordance with that document.
During the year, the charity commenced financial and operational activity, with trustees overseeing the receipt of donations and the application of funds towards medical supplies, training, and Preparatory activities in furtherance of the charity’s objectives, Governance arrangements remain straightforward. The trustees collectively hold responsibility for the Management and control of the charity, including financial oversight, strategic planning, training, preparation, and the development of future operational capability. Trustees meet as required and ensure that appropriate controls are in place to safeguard the charity’s assets and ensure funds are applied for charitable purposes.
- Objectives and Activities Charitable Purpose: The charity exists to establish and maintain a group of community first responders covering the parish, townlands and surrounding areas of Killeshill and Galbally, Co. Tyrone. The aim is to enhance and protectthe life of any person requiring urgent first aid until the arrival of ambulance services, Activities include responding to emergencies such as chest pains, heart trainingattack, angina, to the strokes,public. and choking, providing CPR and AED support, and offering CPR/AED
Public Benefit:
The trustees confirm they have considered the Charity Commission's public benefit guidance. The primary benefit is a faster emergency response and lifesaving intervention.
4. Achievements and Performance
During the year, the charity focused on establishing its operational capability and preparing to deliver its charitable objectives in support of first responders.
Key achievements during the year included:

The trustees consider the Progress made during the year to be significant in establishing a foundation for future charitable activity and service delivery.
- Financial Review During the financial year, the charity received total income of£10,657, all of which arose responders,from donations Supporting the charity’s objectives of providing assistance to first Total expenditure for the year amounted to £1,792.81, comprising medical supplies and training costs, Expenditure was focused on directly Supporting frontline operational activity and ensuring appropriate training and equipment were available. As a result, the charity generated a surplus of£8,864.19 for the year. Trustees consider this surplus appropriate and necessary to support planned future expenditure, including the purchase of medical equipment, ongoing training, and to maintain adequate reserves to ensure the charity can respond effectively to emergency situations.
The trustees continue to monitor income and expenditure closely and are satisfied that the charity remains ina sound financial position at the year end.
