I report on the accounts of the charlty for the year ended 30 June 2024 as set out on pages 9 to 13.

The charlty's trustees are responsible for the preparation of the accounts In actordance wlth the Charltie5 Act
{Northern Ireland) 2008.
It is my responsibility to.,
examine the accounts under sectlon 65 ofthe Charltles Act {Northern Ifelandl 2008;
follow the procedures laid down In the general Dlrection5 8iven by the Charlty Commission for Northern
Ireland under section 6519llbl of the Charltles Act; and
state whether partlcular matters have come to my attention.

I have examlned your charlty accounts as required under sectlon 65 ofthe Charlties Act any my examinatlon was
carrled out in accordance wlth the general Dlrections given by the charity Commission for Northern Ireland under
sectlon 65191(bl of the Charltles Act.
My examinatlon Included a review of the accountlng records kept by the charlty and a comparison of the
accounts presented with those records. It also Includes con5ideratlon of any unusual Items or dlsc105ures In the
accounts and seeklng explanations from you as charity trustees concernin8 any such rnatters.
My role is to state whether any material matters have tome to my attention givin8 me cause to believe:
That accountin8 record5 were not kept In accordance with section 63 of the Charitles Act.
That the accounts do not accord wlth those accountlng records.
That the accounts do not comply with the accounting requirements of the Charities Act.
That there is further informatlon needed lor a proper understanding of the accounts to reached.
