**Purposes:** The purpose of the charity is: The advancement of health and saving of lives for the public benefit by supporting and promoting the mental health of adults in Northern Ireland who are fans, artists and employees of the Metal and Rock Music industry together with their families, colleagues and friends, in particular but not exclusively by the provision of the following:  a)	Support for mental ill health including the facilitation of peer support groups; b)	Information regarding mental illnesses and the promotion of good mental health and well-being; c)	Information regarding the support available for those with mental ill health;  d)	Information to increase awareness and understanding of the public regarding mental ill health.
