**Purposes:** To recruit individuals from the target groups/communities to participate in training and educational programmes organised by Resolution North West. To resource sustainable activity programmes. To network widely with community organisations and service providers to build new relationships and new opportunities. Build cohesion with the Waterside area through the fair resolution of disputes within Restorative Practice guidelines. To promote inclusive expressions of culture and greater understanding of identity.
