Risk Mana ement l-lie Trustees have conducted an assessinent of the potenlial risks to Ivhich Ihc charity is exposed and Iiave reviewed systems and procedures to Initigate siich risks. Risk assessinent covering fire, health and safety and the protection of children, young people aiid vulnei.able adults is an ongoing process and is reviewed annually or before any new major undertaking. Financial Review Tlie church is funded by voluntary gifts and donations, and use is Inade of the Gift Aid Scheine. The church does not seek funds from other sources. Durino the year the church recorded a nel suiylus of £36,497 which was an iiicrease st froin 2024 (£22,634). The closing unrestricted reserves at 31 Deceinber 2024 Nvere £152,896 (£120,197 in 2024) and the closing restricted reserves at the saine date MTere £183,190 (£180,323 in 2024). The restricted reserves relate to the Building and Manse Funds. Thei"e are no funds held by the Church that are in deficit and a policy 011 reserves has been reviewed and agreed by the Trustees. 1. Nature and purpose of funds
Unrestricted funds are available for general purposes in accordance with the church's purposes. The Buildings Fund is available to fund the property development and repairs.
2. Trustee remuneration
No trustee received payment for undertaking trustee duties or were reimbursed expenses relating to trustee duties. Payments made to Andrew Daly relate to payments incurred in the performance of his duties as Pastor. During 2025 a net salary of £27,509 was paid, expenses were reimbursed of £691 and an employer pension contribution was made of £1,596. Although not a trustee, Pastor Clifford Morrison received a salary of £3,700 and expenses of £470 until 28[th] February 2025.
