1. Objectives and Activities
Charitable Objectives:
Live by the Word of God Ministries International exists to advance the Christian faith, relieve poverty, and support vulnerable individuals and families, particularly those who are disadvantaged or marginalised in society.
Main Activities:
During the year, the charity engaged in the following core activities:

Weekly church online services.

Community outreach initiatives including food distribution and prayer counselling in Nigeria.

Support for less privileged individuals through welfare assistance and spiritual guidance.

Youth engagement and mentoring activities.
These activities are carried out in line with our mission to serve both the spiritual and practical needs of our community.
2. Achievements and Performance
Despite ongoing economic pressures, the charity remained active and effective in delivering its mission:
- Yearly Food Distribution Programme to the less privileged in Nigeria
3. Financial Review
Income:
The charity’s income for the year was primarily derived from:
- Donations and offerings from members and supporters
Expenditure:
Expenditure was focused on programme delivery, including:

Purchasing food and supplies for distribution in Nigeria

Operational costs (utilities, printing, transport)
The charity qualifies as a micro-entity and has prepared its accounts in accordance with the relevant provisions under the Companies Act 2006 and the Charities SORP (FRS 102).
4. Structure, Governance, and Management
Governing Document:
The charity is constituted as a Company Limited by Guarantee , governed by its Memorandum and Articles of Association dated 30 October 2018.
Trustee Board:
The charity is managed by a board of trustees who meet regularly to provide strategic oversight and ensure legal compliance.

5. Public Benefit Statement
The trustees have complied with the duty under Section 4 of the Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008 to have due regard to public benefit guidance published by the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland.
All our activities are undertaken to further our charitable purposes for the benefit of the public.
