Message to Our Members
The 2023–2024 school year continued to bring pressures familiar to all schools: rising costs, increasing demands on pastoral care, and the challenge of sustaining our cultural, spiritual, and sporting traditions. Our young people face growing financial and emotional pressures, and the support of Cairde na mBráithre remains vital.
With your help, we aim to:
-
Strengthen the Cairde na mBráithre community network.
-
Encourage pride in heritage and confidence in future choices.
-
Ensure every student can access spiritual, educational, cultural, and sporting opportunities.
-
Support Irish language, music, sport, and the arts as central elements of our school identity.
-
Promote fairness and accessibility so that no pupil is excluded from participation.
Our commitment is to uphold the values of Edmund Rice and preserve the faith, culture, and traditions that define our school.
As budgets tighten, the role of Cairde na mBráithre becomes increasingly important in sustaining the enriched school experience our community expects.
