Responsibilities and basis of report
As the charity Irustees of Acre Gospel Mission you are responsible for ihe preparation of the accounts tn
accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 ('the Acl,).
report in respect of my examination of the Acre Gospel Mission's accounls carried oui under seclion 145 ofthe
201 l Act and in carrying out my examination I have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity
Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Acl.

Since Acre Gospel Mission's gross income exceeded £250,000 your examiner must be a member of a body
listed in section 145 of the 201 l Act. I confinn thai l aTll qualified to undertake the exainination because l am a

with the examinaiion giving Ine cause to believe that in any material respect..
l. accounting records were not kept in respect of Acre Gospel Mission as required by section 130 of the Acl;
or
2. the accounls do not accord with those records. or
3. the accounls do noi coinply wilh the accounting requireinenls concerning the form and content of accounts
sei out in the Charities (Accounts and Reports) Regiuldlions 2008 olher than any requirement that Il)e
accounts give a 'true and fair view, which is not a matter considered as part of an independent
examination.
I have no concerns and have come across no other matters in connection with Ihe examination lo which attention
should be drawn in this report in order to enable a proper underslanding of the accounts lo be reached.
