Friends of Ampertaine Primary School Charlty Number: 108388 Trustees Report The Trustees resent their report of the Friends of Ampertaine Primary School for the year ended 05 October 2023. Introduction Friends ofAmpertaine Primary School PTA (the PTA) is made up of a membership of both Parents and Teachers with a number of members also acting as Trustees of the Charity. Three members are appointed to hold positions of Chairperson, Secretary and Treasurer. Meetings of the PTA are held in the Staff Room at Ampertaine Primary School, 94 Kilrea Road, Upperlands, Maghera. BT46 5SB. Members of the PTA give their time voluntarily and work collaboratively to raise fvnds that are directly given back to Ampertaine Primary School through buying equipment and funding activities which benefit each child attending the School. Friends of Ampertaine Primary School Charlty Number.. 108388 Funding Raising Activities During the year the PTA organised a number of successful activities including a Christmas Raffle, a Valentines Teddy Raffle and ended the school year ended with a Treasure Hunt and BBQ. Financial Review During the year ended 05 October 2023, the Charity had an income of £651 and expenditure of £1,910. Among other things, these funds were used to help cover the cost of li￿n￿S for online programmes used by the School, treat the children to Ice- Cream on Toumament Day, and purchase ties for the P7 pupils for their new school.
