I report on the accounts of the Charity for the year ended 31 December 2022.

As the charivs trustees you are responslble for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the Charities
Act (Northern Ireland) 2008.

examine the accounts under sectlon 65 of the Charities Act,
to follow the procedures lald down In the general Dlrectlons glven by the Commlssion under section 6519llbl of
the Charltles Act
to state whether particular matters have come to my attention.

I have examined your charity accounts as required under section 65 of the Charfties Art and my examlnation wa5
carried out in accordance with the general Directions given by the Charity Commission for Northem Ireland under
section 6519}Ibl of the Charitles Act.
My examination Included a review of the accountlng records kept by the charity and a comparison of the accounts
presented wlth those records. It also included consideration of any unusual items or dlsclosures in the accounts.
