**Purposes:** The Charity's objects are restricted specifically, in each case only for the public benefit to  (a) to assist and support people who are blind and vision impaired to overcome barriers that impede their independence and participation in society and to support those living with sight loss to live lives of their own choosing and avail of life 'chances'.  (b) To operate second hand retailers of donated clothing, shoes, accessories, household items, books and brick-a-brack.
