**Purposes:** 5. The charitable objects for which the Charity is established are the promotion and advancement of education through:  (a)	Undertaking the office of and acting as Trustee of Assumption Grammar School Ballynahinch and all lands and buildings vested in it.  (b)	Promoting and advancing the Catholic vision of education and developing the ethos, philosopy and values of the Assumption tradition in Assumption tradition in Assumption Grammar School Ballynahinch  5.1 For as long as the Charity is a charity in accordance with the 2008 Act, its purposes may only be altered with the prior consent of the Commission as required by the 2008 Act.
