TO THE DIRECTORS OF ULSTER FRIENDS TRUSTEES, LIMITED
We report to the directors on our examinati¢)n of the accounts of Ulster Friends Trustees. Limited (the
company) for the year ended S April 2024.
Responsibilities and basis of rèport
As the Gharity trustees (and also rts directors for the purposes of company law), you are responsible for the
preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 (the 2006 Acti.
We are satisfied that the accounts of the company are not required to be audited under Part 16 of the 2006 Act
and are eligible for independent examinats'on, we report in respect of our examination of the company's
a￿ounts carried out under section 65 of the Charities Ad (Northem Ireland) 2008. In carrying out our
examination we have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission for Northem
Ireland under section 65{9)(b> of the Charities Act.

We have completed our examination. Wle confim that no matters have comè to our attention in connection
with the examination giving us cause to believe that in any material respect..
That accounting records were not kept in respect of the company as required by section 386 of the 2006
Act., or
the financial statements do not acojrd with those re￿rds. or
That the financial statements do not comply with the accounting requirements of section 396 of the
Companies Act 2006 and wrth the methods and prinaples of the Charities Statement of Re￿rnMended
Pradice applicable to charities preparing their accounts in accordance with the Financial Reporting
Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland.
That there is further inf0m￿tion needed for a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.
We have no concems and have come across no other mattefs in connection with the examination to which
attention should be drawn In this report in order to enatAe a proper understanding of the accounts to be
reached.
