To this end the church<br>has arrived at its reserve policy as follows:<br>It is the policy of the church  to keep three<br>months running costs  plus two months<br>receipts in reserve to cover for any<br>unforeseen circumstances, with a minimum<br>amount of £5000. In addition , it will increase<br>£1000 each every year to this de minimus<br>stipulation. This policy will be reviewed each<br>year and necessary changed will be made to<br>the thresholds.|
