The charity's trustees truslees and examiner consider that an audit is not required lor this year and that an independent examinalion is needed. 11 is my responsibility10: examine the accounts under seclion 65 of the Charilies Act, to follow the procedures laid down in the general Directions given by the Charity Commission (under section 65(9){b) of the Charities Act, and to state whether particular matters have come to my atlention. Basis of Independent I have examined your charity accounts as required under section 65 of the Charities examiner's sialement Act and my examination was carried out in accordance with the general Directors given by the charity Commission for Northern Ireland under section 65{9}{b) of the Charities Act My examination included a review of the accounting records kept by the charily and a comparison of the accounts presenled with those records. 11 also included consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in the accounts, and seeking explanations from you as charity trustees concerning any such matters. y role is to state whether any matters have come to my attention glving me cause lo believe 1.
