To this end the church has arrived at its reserve policy as follows.. Para 1.22 It is the policy of the church to keep three months running costs plus two months receipts in reserve to cover for any unforeseen circumstances, with a minimum amount of £5000. In addition , it will increase £1000 each every year to this de minimus stipulation. This policy will be reviewed each year and necessary changed will be made to the thresholds.
