## Activities

**Purposes:** 39.  The Company’s objects (the “Objects”) are:  a)	To provide academic and life-skills tuition to young people who are disengaged/de-registered from the mainstream school system in Northern Ireland.  b)	To provide support and a safe community for these disengaged young people, and their parent/carers, in Northern Ireland.  c)	To provide information, support, counselling and therapeutic interventions to those affected by anxiety/depression/impaired mental health as a result of trauma or other adverse life event, primarily in Northern Ireland.  d)	To provide mental health education, training and support to professionals in schools and other environments inhabited by our young people in Northern Ireland.
