As part of the review of the church finances the trustee's received copies ol the Annual Accounls. The
income of £55,153 was offset by the expenditure Df £89,036 resulting in a deficit of £33,883. The deficit is a
direct result of the relurbishing costs and has been planned forthrough gifts and sacrÈficial givingfrom the
congregation DvÈr the p8St few years leaving the church with accounts in profit by £40,347.
The church continues to provide a public benefit through childcare PFOV15ion which consists of a preschool
facilty Dperating daily within the church buildings.
Public benefit algo includes the a(ivancement of religion through Ihe provision of church services. youth
group actimties and Sunday school, Lat1ies and Men's fellowship meetings and support for local and foreign
missions.
The church is commttted to continue its aim in the relief of poverty in the local community by training and
equipping youlh and the eldeily. The youth club ¢urTently is providing supportfor over 40 Ghitdren and young
people and their f2mib-es. Curiently 8 ieenagers are regularty attending Sunday Se￿ICeS.
The church congregation are benefr(ing from the church refurbishment which is almost completed although
there is still the issue of the repaiis needed to the church roof. This will need a large amount of money which
is beyond our capability- We will look at the po&sibilyty of applyingfor grants to maintain buildings ol worship
to help Wlth this project. We anticipate this vthll take several years to compieie.
The Trustee's agreed we have met our commitment to public benefit and a5 there was no other business to
discuss the meetingw8s closed wth prayer and thanksgiving.
