The charity's trustees consider that an audit is not required under secb'on 65(2) of the Charities Act (Northem Ireland) 2008 (the Charities Act) and have chosen instead to have an independent examination. It is my responsibility to: 1. Examine the accounts under section 65 of the Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008. 2. Follow the procedures laid down in the general Directions given by the Charity Commission for Northem Ireland under sectFon 65(9)(b) of the Charities Act, and state whether particular matters have come to my attention. Independent examlner's statement I have completed my examination. I confinn that no matters have come to my attention in connection with my examination giving me cause to believe in material respect: 1. Accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 63 of the 2008 Charities Ac( or 2. The financial statements do not accord with those records: or 3. The financial statements do not comply with the accounting requirements of the Charities Act 2008. or 4. The financial statements do not comply with the applicable requirements conceming the fomi and content of accounts set out in the Charities (Accounts and Reports) Regulations 2008 other than any requirement that the accounts give a 'true and fair, view which is not a matter considered as part of an independent examination.
