**Purposes:** The objectives of Canal Boxing Academy is to promote the preservation and protection of health by the provision of facilities for recreation, namely boxing and other leisure-time occupation in the interest of social welfare for the benefit of the local public in Lisburn City (the area of benefit). Our activities are open to those of all ages, abilities, ethnic identities, nationalities and religion and we want to assist the physical, mental and emotional well-being of our community so that they may grow to full maturity as individuals and citizens and that their conditions of life may be improved.
