Basis for qualified independent examiner's report During the course of my examination, I noted that records had been maintained for bank income and expenditure transactions. However, I was unable to f ully verify the completeness and accuracy of cash fundraising income and related cash expenditure, as suff icient supporting records and reconciliations f or cash transactions had not been maintained. Consequently, I was unable to determine whether all cash income received and cash expenditure incurred during the year had been properly recorded in the accounts. Qualif led independent examiner's statement Except for the matters described above, no matter has come to my attention in connection with the examination which gives me reasonable cause to believe that in any material respect: l. the accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 63 of the Act: or 2. the accounts did not accord with those records: or 3. the accounts did not comply with the accounting requirements of the Act.
