Sunflower Support NI Committee Meeting 8th November 2024

Finances: Cynthia has completed accounts. End of year May 2024. Accounts were reviewed and agreed upon by members present.
£10k from the National Lottery was our main funding. We got a good amount of money from donations and raffle sales during the year also.
Main expense is hall hire and this has recently increased so overheads will be more expensive going forward.
Cheque not cleared from the Autism Sibling Programme from the health service. Need to chase up.
Any Other Business - Charity Comission info needs updating with new committee members, removing previous members, trustee board and accounts. Where it mentions Empower we need to amend to The Transitions Project. We reviewed the rest of the information and all agreed it was still accurate and relevant.
Anniversary - we need to plan something to celebrate our 4 year charity anniversary status on- 17th September 2025
Allotment - We have left the space at Springhill and are now at Lissan House Cookstown.
