**Purposes:** The Objects are to  Offer an inclusive environment in which parents/carers of children and adults with additional needs and in particular those on the Autistic Spectrum are encouraged and supported to overcome barriers to access support both for themselves and their families in an inclusive and empowering manner by encouraging self-care,mutual support and providing activities both recreational and educational for parents/ carers, adults and children.
