**Purposes:** The Company is established to:  (a)  Improve the quality of life of children in rural Northern Ireland through the arts, and to make the arts an accessible and sustainable resource to children and young people in Northern Ireland.  (b)  1.  What outcomes the charity is set up to achieve?  - Increase the access to provision of arts activity available for rural children and young people in      Northern Ireland. - Provide high quality arts provision for children and young people in rural Northern Ireland. - Deliver an annual children’s festival - Encourage artistic development of artists, facilitators and educators in the region - Ensure ArtAbyss remains a sustainable resource for the future
