Objeclives and Strategy Patterson Ministries is established forexdusively charitsble purposes, namely: The education of children and adults in religion and how to make good life cholS Bible teachings Caled out in schools, churches. youth groups. children's clubs etc Structure, Governance and Management Structure Patterson Ministries has a management committee of up to 3 members who meet at least a year and are responsible forthe strategic direction and policiesofthe charity- At presentthe charity has 3 membersfrom a variety of professional backgrounds relevant to the work of the charity- A scheme of delegation is in Pla and day to day responsibility of the services rests wilh Samuel James Pattetwjn {charity founder). Samuel is responsible for ensuring the charity delivers the services specified and that key performance indicators are meL Governance The Trust Deed was signed on 15 June2023.The charity isconstituted underthisTrust Deed and is govemed und thisdeed. Financial Review At the end of the financial yearthe charity has assets of £29.482 {2022- £25.4261 and liabilities of £O12022- £0}. The netassets ofthe charity have increased by £4,056.The charity has perfomied in line with the Trustees expectations. Reserves Policy Patterson Ministries aims to m aintain reserves in unrestricted funds at a level equivalentto approxim ately six months of core operating costs.
