The Trustees role is to ensure, as best they can, that the charitable purpose of the
organisation is upheld in all activity and financial matters, they have the fiduciary duty,
legal authority, and responsibility to manage the assets and oversee the financial
activity and record keeping of the organisation.
We, the Trustees of Safer Waters are satisfied that the charitable purpose of the
organisation has been maintained and that all monies have been accounted for and
the assets are secure and have been used in the delivery of Safer Waters services
to community-based events.
