Examlne the accounts under sectlon 65 of the Charities Act
Follow the procedures laid down In the general directions 8lven by the
Commlssion under secti(m 65(9)(b) of the Charities Act
State whether partkular matters have come to my attentlon
I have enmlned your charlty acc¢)unts as requlred under sectlon 65 of the
Charltles Act and my examlnatlon was carrled out In accordance wlth the general
dlrectlons glven by the Charity Commission ACL
My examlnatlon Ind￿led a review of the accountlng rffords kept by the charity
and a comparlson of the accounts presented with those records. It also Included
consideration of any unusual Item5 or dixlosure5 in the accounts and seeking
explanatlons from you as charlty trustees concernln8 any such matters.
My role ts to stste whether any materlal matter5 have Con￿ to my attentlon
givin8 me cause to believe:
l. The accountlng records were not kept in accordance vhth section 63 of the
arltles Art
2. That the accounts do not accord wlth those accounting records
3. That the accounts do not comply wfth the accountlng requlrements of the
Charltles Act
4. That there Is further Informatlon needed fw a proper understsndlng of the
,Kcounts to be reached.

I have completed my examination and have no concerns in respect of the matters
14 listed above. In connection with following directlons of the Charlty
Commlsslon for Northern Ireland, I have found no matters that requlre drawing to
your attention.
