Basis of the Independent examiners report
I have examinedyourchatlty accoun¢8 a8 required under Section 65 if the
Chatitie6 Act and my examination wa8 cattied oui in accordance with the
general diteciion8 given by the Charity Commission for Northem Ireland
linder Section 65(9)(b) of the Charitie8 Act.
Mycxamtnation included a reviewocthe accounting records kept by the
¢harity and a comparison of thc accounts presented with th08e record8. It
a180 included con8ideration ofany unu8ualitem8 or di8closures in the
accounts and seeking explanations from you a8 charity tru8tee8
concerning any such matter8.

giving me cause to believe:
l. That accounting records were not kept in accordance with Section 63 of the Charitie8
Act.
2. f hat the accounts do not acrur1fr￿08e accounung records.
3. That the account8 do not compty with the accounting requirement8 of the Chatities
Act.
4. That there 16 furtherinformation needed for a proper
understandingofthe accoun¢8 to be teached.
Independent examinet's Statement
I have completed my examination and have no concerns in tespect of the
matters (l) ¢0 (4) lisied above and in connection with following the
directiofts ofthe Charities Commission forNorthem Ireland I have found
no matters that require dtawlng to your attention.
