**Purposes:** 1.	OBJECTS:  1.1	The objects of the Association will be:  (a)	To promote the benefit of the inhabitants of “the area” without distinction of age, sex, race, political or religious or other opinions, by associating the statutory authorities, voluntary organisations, institutions, business and inhabitants in a common effort to advance education and to provide Facilities in the interests of social welfare for health, recreation and leisure time activities, with the object of improving conditions of life for the inhabitants.  (b)	To maintain and manage a community centre facility in the area of benefit for activities promoted by the association.
